| The fixing-press
to gluing WA-14 is designed for a contact bonding of a fleece to
a previously prepared fabric. It is also used to thermofixing of
decorations (inscriptions, leathers) as well as to ironing of simple
elements, f.i. of leather. This type of Fixing-Press finds an application
first of all in small and medium tailor and dressmaking plants.
The advantage of this device is the upper plate casted as one part
of Aluminium-alloy. Within this plate are installed heating elements,
allowing to receive an even temperature on its entire surface. For
the reason of using of an eccentric clamps for a device closing,
it has been achieved a perfect result of an even pressure. The device
has the following controls making possible to get an optimal effect
of gluing or ironing: -electronic temperature control -electronic gluing time control (timer) -mechanical plate pressure control The Fixing-Press has the locking arm that prevents an accidental lowering of the upper plate. For the purpose of making the most of a gluing time may be used also a slidable truck. |
